Advance Decisions (Living Wills): Your Choices at the End of Life Making an Advance Decision – 1-1 sessions with Celia Kitzinger and Sue Wilkinson (Co-founders of ADA). An Advance Decision allows you to make choices about your medical treatment in advance of a time when you don’t have the capacity to do so (e.g. when you are unconscious, in a coma, or have dementia). We will explain how Advance Decisions work and how you can make one. Come and hear Celia Kitzinger’s talk ‘The Law on Decision Making: ADs and LPAs’ at 16:30 in the training room 5th November 2015 or 12:30 6th November 2015. Have you thought about making an Advanced Decision?

If you would like the opportunity for support and guidance to write one, 1-1 sessions are available on the 5th and 6th November2015 at Badby Park with Celia Kitzinger or Sue Wilkinson.

Please book your session in advance by speaking with Toni, at reception or email her: Antonia@badbypark.co.uk
